Our quality policy is logically oriented around ISO 9000 standards. After our initial ISO 9002 certification in 1994, the new version of the standard, ISO 9001:2008, gave us an opportunity to focus our priorities on customer satisfaction.

Our quality system’s compliance with those standards is demonstrated on an annual basis by Bureau Veritas Certification.

HANDS-ON MANAGEMENT

In 2010, we set up a system based on hands-on management, which provides an interface between management and the operating teams, allowing us to structure and strengthen on-site coordination and to focus on improving performance levels.
The company’s management is thus organized around “SQDC” performance indicators:
