VALUES AND COMMITMENTS
Customer service is at the heart of Fargamel’s commercial offering: listening, availability, responsiveness and expertise are the 4 basic principles reflected in every stage of the relationship.
From our offices to our workshops, our teams share these values driven by our quality management system.
ALL-AROUND QUALITY APPROACH
Fargamel owes its longevity to the all-around quality approach that the company has always adopted, maintained and intensified over the years:
Validation and optimization of specifications, efforts to find the most efficient economic alternatives, compliance with standards… our sales teams are on the ground as close as possible to our customers, to analyze, listen and offer the best solution.
Fargamel is involved in a responsible approach based on waste management (recycling), and rational choice inpackaging and transports modes.
Our quality policy is logically oriented around ISO 9000 standards. After our initial ISO 9002 certification in 1994, the new version of the standard, ISO 9001:2008, gave us an opportunity to focus our priorities on customer satisfaction.
Our quality system’s compliance with those standards is demonstrated on an annual basis by Bureau Veritas Certification.
ISO 9001 version 2008 certification
In 2010, we set up a system based on hands-on management, which provides an interface between management and the operating teams, allowing us to structure and strengthen on-site coordination and to focus on improving performance levels.
The company’s management is thus organized around “SQDC” performance indicators:
- Security: controlling risks so as to avoid accidents
- Quality: ensuring compliant manufacturing
- Deadlines: avoiding non-compliance with customer requests
- Costs: optimizing the use of resources
We are confident that our company’s innovation results from the personal development of its personnel, and capitalizing on their skills.Fargamel relies on human power to grow its performance. Regular training sessions bolster the teams’ expertise and creativity. The company and the personnel thus evolve and progress together. The teams are versatile and motivated, and their know-how adds value to their projects.
our project managers and a technical manager work together to analyze your needs, design your handling projects, and guarantee their execution: plans, calculations and 3D CAD designs (autodesk inventor).
The sales management runs a team of 12 people, both traveling and in-house. Our project managers and product managers are at your service to provide you with optimal and specific solutions to your requests. Our sales office is at your disposal for your urgent repair needs.
